As landlords ourselves, we have been buying and managing our own London residential properties since 1998 and currently manage a multi-million pound portolio. Our knowledge and experience as London Landlords is the cornerstone of our service. Having been through the best and worse economic cycles in recent times, we intimately know which areas, apartment blocks, properties and tenants deliver the best investment performance and resilience.
As we built our own property portfolios our friends and families started seeking our advice and help, many from overseas, who were not local to London. We started out by helping them buy manage and rent their properties through Estate Agents just as we had done. But overtime, the number of friends and families grew so significant, that by request we finally decided to launch BuyLondonFlat.com in 2012 as a business in it’s own right. And we have been growing ever since.
At RentLondonFlat, we are building dedicated marketplaces that reduce the cost and effort of renting, living, and moving homes for Guests and Owners in the long-term residential property space.
Freddy at Stanfles Realty is based in LA in the US. He owns a licensed real estate agency and will be able to refer you to mortgage brokers. He sells mainly single-family homes, the asset class you want!
